My Story

After an exciting 15 year career as marketing manager at Procter & Gamble, cancer made me re-evaluate my life priorities, re-train as a co-active coach helping executives and non-executives reaching their dreams and big courageous goals. Only developing people in my brand management team felt somewhat as meaningful as the overwhelming personal fulfillment I obtained from seeing my coaching clients grow and reach dimenions they did not think were achievable for them in such a short time span.

To reach more people I decided to learn how to develop on-line courses and take my passion for coaching and personal development online. As I cherish the critical thinking approach of academic learning, I decided to go for a MSc Digital Education and I loved the experience of collaborative peer learning online. Frankly, I had never imagined to develop such close relationships and feel such ‘social presence’ – a tribute to the excellent course design. I also re-discovered my passion for research and writing, which has inspired this site. You can expect me posting my latest thoughts and research on e-learning or online education as well as coaching and psychology, while I continue to build my coaching practice online and offline, work as a digital learning consultant and course designer for Higher Education and coach Master students in the University of Edinburgh Business School Edinburgh Award Programme.

I hold an MBA (1:1) from WHU Koblenz, MSc Digital Education (distinction) from University ofEdinburgh, am an international CTI certified co-active coach (CPCC) and am soon to start studying for a MSc in Psychology, fulfilling a long standing dream. I am passionate about collaborative online learning, personal leadership, development and growth.
